Shipping Policy
At Barber Salon Supplies, we strive to ensure your order reaches you quickly and securely. All deliveries are
subject to stock availability, successful payment authorisation, and, in some cases, account verification.
FREE DELIVERY
– Free Tracked 48 Delivery (2–3 working days) on all UK mainland orders over £50
– Free Tracked 24 Next Business Day Delivery on all UK mainland orders over £150
– Please note: Free delivery does not apply to furniture, barber chairs, or large floor-standing barber poles,
regardless of order total. Wall-mounted poles remain eligible for free delivery.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY TIMES
– Orders placed before 3:00 PM (UK time) are dispatched the same working day (Monday–Friday, excluding public
holidays).
– For furniture and large items (e.g. barber chairs, trolleys, wall hangings, stools, floor poles), the cut-off time is
11:00 AM. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
– Delivery services do not operate on weekends or public holidays.
DELIVERY AREAS & RESTRICTIONS
– We currently deliver to the UK mainland only.
– Deliveries to the following locations may require extra time or additional charges: Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly,
Scottish Islands, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man.
– Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please contact us prior to ordering if you require delivery to one of
these areas.
– As of 1st May, we do not ship to Northern Ireland due to regulatory changes. We are actively working on a
solution and hope to resume shipping soon.
– International delivery is not available at this time.
FURNITURE & LARGE ITEM DELIVERY
– Furniture orders take 2–10 working days for delivery.
– After purchase, our team will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery date.
– Furniture is delivered on a pallet via lorry, so your delivery address must allow safe lorry access and unloading.
– Furniture and large items are not eligible for free delivery, regardless of order total.
– Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or confirmed after order placement depending on your location.
– Items considered furniture or large items include: Barber chairs and Large floor-standing barber poles.
DELIVERY LIABILITY & EXCEPTIONS
– We always aim to dispatch via your chosen delivery service; however, depending on order size, weight, and
courier availability, an alternative courier may be used.
– Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
– Once your order has been dispatched, delivery becomes the responsibility of the courier. We cannot be held
liable for delays due to courier issues, weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances.
– In the rare event of loss or damage in transit, we will arrange a replacement or full refund, subject to the courier’s
investigation.
