Thank you for shopping at Barber Salon Supplies. We value our customers and aim to provide the best possible
service. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR FURNITURE AND LARGE ITEMS
– Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. This applies to furniture,
large items, and specially ordered products.
– If you are unhappy with your furniture purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt by creating a
return request through your account or contacting us directly.
Eligibility for Returns:
– 1. The product must have been received within the last 14 days.
– 2. The product must be in its original packaging.
– 3. The product must be unused and undamaged.
– 4. You must provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
– Products not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.
Before sending your item back, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) by contacting us:

– Once authorised, return the item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase and your RMN. Please
also include a note confirming whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
Return Shipping – Furniture & Large Items:
– – Delivery charges for returning furniture and large items are non-refundable.
– – Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
– – Customers are also liable for any loss or damage to the product during transit back to us.
Damaged Items:
– If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 5 days of delivery. Claims made after 5 days will not
be covered under warranty. We do not accept returns on clipper blades or trimmer blades.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY FOR OTHER PRODUCTS
– Please place your order carefully, as once submitted, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
– If you are unhappy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt (exceptions apply).
– – Products must be unused, in resaleable condition, and in their original packaging.
– – Once returned and inspected, a refund (minus the original delivery charge) will be issued.
– – Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
– – We accept no liability for items lost in transit — we strongly recommend obtaining a delivery receipt and
adequate insurance.
Non-Returnable Products:
– – Furniture, bespoke items, and special orders made directly from the manufacturer
– – Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used
– – Cosmetics (for hygiene and safety reasons)
– – Clipper blades and trimmer blades (for hygiene and safety reasons)
– Warranty will be void if the product shows signs of misuse, tampering, alteration, or unauthorised repair.
